This is in really good condition.  There is a smudge on the back.  Please see pictures This is a black/white postcard showing Walter Hill, a Lebanon, Tennessee Wagon Make who is too busy working to be bothered by watching the maneuvers in the street. The US Army Signals Corps logo is in the LL corner of the front. Never mailed. It shows a Signal Corp U.S. Army in the corner.
