Vintage Wagon Wheel Hub Barrel Lamp Light Up Base Rustic Nautical Cabin

Vintage Barrel Lamp Wood And Metal Very Heavy Light Up Base Rustic Nautical. Condition is "Used".
This is a very heavy for a lamp. It weighs a little over 15 pounds.
The harp is included, but it's missing the nut.
This was a 3 way lamp on top, but I can't get a 3 way bulb to come on in every mode. It will only come on in one mode.  The base stays lit up all the time when plugged in.  I'm betting that the switch was supposed to turn the base light on and off as well, but it does not.
