A rare MetalCraft pull wagon, probably the Scamp model. The 'Hy-Speed' model looks very similar. This Art Deco style toy wagon has distinctive flared 'fat fenders' over the wheels.
The paint appears old, but it is not the original paint. Someone repainted the wagon a long time ago. There are small axle covers on the fenders which match the swooping flare of the fenders. The front right axle cover is missing, as can be seen in the second photo. Both rear rubber tires are intact. The two front rubber tires are gone, but the bare wheels aren't very noticeable with the fenders covering most of the wheels. We have half of one the missing front tires (seen in last photo), which might help in comparing sizes of replacement tires, if desired. The wagon displays well even without the front tires. The wheels and handle work fine on carpet and smooth indoor floors, but I wouldn't recommend wearing out the wheels or tires on rough pavement.
Would make a great Christmas gift, or a way to display your wrapped presents under the tree. It could even serve as an unusual doggie bed for a very small dog.
The wagon is 24" long x 10" wide x 7.5" tall (not counting handle). The handle is 18" long.
Will be carefully packed in a box, fully insured, and will require signature confirmation upon delivery.
