Original 1955 1956 1957 Chevrolet Pontiac Station Wagon Rear Lift Gate

Application(s): 1955-57 Chevrolet Belair, One-Fifty, and Two-Ten Models Station Wagon (Excluding Nomad)  Various 1955-57 Pontiac Station Wagon  Condition:  Used, good    Part Number:  N/A Description:  This is an original rear lift gate panel w/ original glass for various 1955-57 Chevrolet and Pontiac station wagon (excluding NOMAD) applications. This lift gate is in good structural condition with no large dents or major rust damage. The outer skin looks good with four sharp corners, no signs of it ever being dropped. The inner garnish moldings are missing and will need to be replaced. The glass is free from any cracks and will clean up nicely to be reused. There is one area of deeper rust penetration  on the lower, inside frame  that may need some attention. This can be seen in the final two pictures. The lower corners of the frame are in good condition and require no major metal work or repair. The rubber is hardened and will need to be removed and replaced with new. This panel measures 46-1/8" wide at bottom edge and 43" wide at top edge. Please view the pictures for a complete visual description of what is being offered, This will clean up nicely to prep for restoration.
