I'm not claiming the card is in mint condition but the car itself is in perfect/mint condition. I am selling these as toys not collectibles. Card in picture is my own stock photo. They've never been opened so if there are scratches on the car it would have to happen at the factory and from what I've read & seen every Hot Wheels car have some small manufacturing defects, paint scratches, dings, places where the paint sprayer missed a tiny spot, so I'm guessing this one could too.
