In the event that a customer simply doesn't want the item, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance.  A refund will be issued upon receipt of item in the same condition it left our shop.
A word about shipping costs: Packages are packed to the best of our ability, but sometimes rough handling does occur.  For this reason, orders over $25 USD are insured.  Cost of shipping includes a quality box - we do not ship diecast cars in envelopes or bubble mailers.  Please understand shipping weights are increased due to BETTER PACKING.

NOTE:  USPS has increased their shipping rates.  Our items are accurately weighed and measured.  Please remember that more distance between our shipping location (New Jersey, USA) and your location increases the cost.  There is nothing we can do about the shipping rates.
IMPORTANT: In the event your item arrives damaged, you must retain all original packing.  This is due to shippers' policies that may require you to take the packing materials and/or item to be inspected.
