You are looking at a W124 OEM  Mercedes-Benz driver left side Blue Mb-Tex arm rest . This part came out from E-Class 1991 Mercedes-Benz E300, it will fit from 1986 to 1995 other W124 260 300 320 400 420, this armrest is used but in good condition, there are no scratches, but no cuts, has cracks on piping (see pics).
