This listing includes 8 NOS Headlight Adjuster Screws & 8 Nuts (correct, as pictured). These were found in an old Restoration Shop that was in business for many years! These are used to adjust your head lamp beam angle and direction. They work really good and install snug like they were intended to, so that you can get the correct beam pattern for your truck.
