EXCELLENT CONDITION, BUT PLEASE NOTE; THERE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PIECES OF PLASTIC THAT ACT AS LEASHES WHEN YOU UNLOCK THE END CAPS; ONLY ONE HAS THIS LEASH, THE OTHER DO NOT. ALL THIS MEANS IS THAT WHEN YOU REMOVE THE END CAP, YOU NEED TO PLACE IT ON YOUR ROOF WHILE YOU ARE REMOVING THE RACK OR ADDING ACCESSORIES; IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH FUNCTIONALITY.
