1964 Gold Key Wagon Train 1 First Issue Random House Archives CGC 9.2

This is for an original 1964 issue of Wagon Train #1 which has been encapsulated and graded by CGC as 9.2. The comic came straight from the Random House Archives auction from 2006 which was held by Heritage auctions. There were tons of mint file copies auctioned off and this one probably went straight from the auction to a slab long before pressing was done to raise comic grades. If this is the case, you have a great shot of raising this books grade to the ceiling. Either way, it’s a near perfect book from one of the most famous archives in comic history.
