It is 100% complete down to the attaching hardware, the installation instructions and the template and the speaker cover which I forgot to take a picture of but are included. Some scuff marks on the speaker grill which will need to be touched up. I can make this into a Impala convertible/ coupe kit by changing out the oval speaker for a round speaker and removing the oval speaker cover if deaired for additional cost.
