06-09 BMW E61 5-Series Touring Wagon Rear Seat Bottom Heated Black Leather OEM STOCK #:  40750 OE PART #:  52207136059 ITEM:  seat bottom rear, heat, black leather CONDITION:  The upholstery on this rear seat bottom is Black Dakota Leather (BMW upholstery code: LCSW). The seat has heating, which is tested and working. There are some small wear spots in the finish, and a few light scratches. Most of the wear is towards the outer edges and corners. There are no deep scrapes, rips, or holes in the leather. The foam pad has no compression or rips. The frame has no cracks. The dark areas in some of the photos on the right side is just cleaner that has not fully dried yet. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition.
